Is this the real deal?
Absolutely. INWEGO is built by the team behind Experience, the award-winning mobile technology company used by more than 350 live entertainment partners in North America including nearly 75% of all professional sports teams. We are also a member of the Cox Enterprises family of companies.
How do I get my tickets?
It’s all on your phone! Your ticket will be available in the INWEGO app the day of the event. When you get to the venue, open the app, click on the event you’re at, and tap check in to receive your seat location.
Where will my seats be located?
Seats can range from upper level to lower level, and are assigned at random. When you reserve your ticket or when you check in does not impact this! What we typically hear from members is that for $49/month, upper level seats are expected, and lower level seats are an exciting surprise. Also, a lot of our events don’t have assigned seats — general admission concerts, food festivals, comedy shows, etc.
GoRewards is exclusively for INWEGO members. Once you subscribe to INWEGO you’re automatically enrolled and will start earning points to make your INWEGO experience even better.
How do I earn Points?
Every time your subscription renews, you earn points. Staying an active member will earn you more points than new members. Points never expire as long as your subscription is active. More ways to earn points coming soon!
How do I spend Points?
Use points to get early access to events, or to get on the GoPriority List and bid for a ticket when events are sold out. We’ll be adding more perks soon!
